Terms of Service

Last updated: July 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing orkynos.com or joining the waitlist ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What orkynos is

orkynos is a skill library for AI agents: it compiles successful agent runs into verified, reusable skills and replays known tasks without model calls. The product is pre-launch. Today the Service consists of this website, the waitlist, and an early access program that is rolling out gradually.

3. Early access

Early access software is beta software: features may change, break, or become temporarily unavailable, and skills, data, or configurations may be reset between versions. Early access is offered as-is and may be governed by additional terms presented at onboarding. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access.

4. Open source

The orkynos client and replay engine are released under the MIT License. Your use of that code is governed by its license, not by these Terms. These Terms cover the website, the waitlist, and hosted services we operate (such as the hosted skill library).

5. Agents act on your systems

orkynos records and replays workflows that operate real software on your machines and accounts, at your direction. You are responsible for the tasks you ask agents to perform, for the credentials and systems you give them access to, and for reviewing outcomes that matter. Benchmark figures shown on this site (such as speed and token savings) come from our evaluation environment and are informational, not a guarantee of results in your environment.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any illegal purpose, or to harm others or violate their rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data;
  • use the Service to automate actions against systems you are not authorized to operate;
  • submit false or misleading information, or contribute deliberately broken or malicious skills;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Your skills and content

Skills you create remain yours. Private skills stay on your machine or in your workspace. Contributing a skill to the public library is opt-in; by contributing, you grant us the right to sanitize, host, and redistribute that skill to other users. Full contribution terms will be published before the public library opens.

8. Intellectual property

Except for code released under the MIT License and skills owned by their creators, all content and functionality of the Service is owned by orkynos and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Short version: no cookies, anonymous cookieless analytics only; we store just the email you give us.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied; we are not liable for outcomes of automated workflows run in your environment, for data loss, for service interruptions, or for third-party integrations; and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless orkynos from claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of the rights of another party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may leave the waitlist or stop using the Service at any time; to remove your data, see the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to the waitlist or on this page, and the date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
