Privacy Policy

The short version

This site sets no cookies. We measure traffic with Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and anonymous — it cannot identify you, and we can’t either. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you give us — nothing else — and use it only to contact you about orkynos. We never sell or share it.

What we collect

When you submit one of our forms, we store the email address you enter, which form you used (waitlist or design partner), and where on the page you signed up. That is the complete list of what we can tie to you. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to count aggregate traffic: page views, referrers, country, and device type. It sets no cookies, stores no identifiers on your device, and cannot follow you across sites or days — we see counts, never people. We use no advertising pixels and no fingerprinting. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP addresses of requests) to operate the infrastructure; we do not use them to identify visitors.

Where it’s stored

Waitlist emails are stored with Loops (our email provider) and the website is hosted on Vercel. Both process data in the United States under their own security and privacy commitments. No other third party receives your data.

How we use it

Solely to contact you about orkynos: early access, product updates, and — if you signed up as a design partner — onboarding. No marketing lists are rented, bought, or sold, in either direction.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from any email we send with one click, and you can ask us to permanently delete your email address at any time. Want it removed? Write to hello@orkynos.com and it’s gone. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar privacy laws, the rights of access, correction, deletion, and objection apply — the same email address handles all of them.

Retention

We keep waitlist emails until you unsubscribe, you ask us to delete them, or the waitlist is retired — whichever comes first.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has submitted an email address, contact us and we will delete it.

When the product launches

The orkynos product is designed so that private skills never leave your machine or workspace, and sharing to the public library is opt-in and sanitized. Before early access ships anything that collects more than an email address, this policy will be updated and the change announced — you will never discover new data collection by reading a changed policy after the fact.

Changes and contact

Material changes to this policy are announced by email to the waitlist. Questions: hello@orkynos.com
