Privacy Policy

The short version

This website collects almost nothing: an email address if you request a demo, and anonymous, cookieless page statistics. When we automate work for your office, your business data is processed only to run the workflows you asked for, under the setup you chose — and it is never used to train public AI models.

What this website collects

If you submit the demo form, we store the email address you give us and which form you used, so we can reply and schedule. We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous, cookieless page statistics (pages visited, country-level region, device type). We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell or share visitor data.

Data handled during automation

When orkynos runs a workflow for your office, it reads the screens of the programs involved in that workflow — which can include client names, policy details, financial figures, and similar business records. That data is processed to complete the task and for nothing else. Which systems process it depends on the setup your office chose:

Standard setup: screen content is processed by leading commercial AI providers under their business terms, which exclude use of your data for training their public models.

Private setup: screen content is processed by open-source AI models running on a dedicated, access-controlled cloud server. It is not sent to large commercial AI providers.

Credentials

Your team signs in to your systems themselves. orkynos does not ask for, store, or transmit your passwords.

Run records

Each automated run produces a step-by-step record (what was opened, typed, and sent, with timestamps) so your office can review what was done. These records belong to your office; retention is agreed at onboarding and they are deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you or your office, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Email shah@orkynos.com and we will respond within 30 days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA; we honor the same rights for everyone.

Retention

Demo-request emails are kept until you ask us to remove you or the request is clearly stale. Client data handled during automation is retained only as agreed in your service agreement.

Children

This service and website are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
