For professional offices

Repetitive office work,
done for you.

Ask for a task the way you’d ask an assistant. orkynos does it itself, in the programs you already use — and gets faster every time it repeats one. Anything sensitive waits for your OK.

Insurance · Accounting · Legal · Financial

Animated demonstration: a plain-English request — quote auto and home for Rachel Henderson — is typed, then the orkynos agent moves the mouse itself, fills the carrier quote form, gets a $2,847 premium, switches to the agency management system, enters the premium into the client record, and saves it. One ask, two programs, no re-typing.

one ask, two programs — your software, no APIs.

Your profession

Pick your profession. Watch it work.

Animated demonstrations, one per profession: the orkynos agent works inside a simulated version of that profession’s software. Insurance: it remarkets a policy renewal across carriers and updates the policy, turning about 25 minutes of work into about 3. Accounting: it matches bank-feed transactions and finishes a monthly reconciliation to a $0.00 difference, about 40 minutes into about 4. Legal: it opens a new matter from an intake, runs the conflict check, and drafts the engagement letter for approval, about 20 minutes into about 2. Financial: it pulls balances and prepares a quarterly client report queued for approval, about 45 minutes into about 5.

See it work

Watch a real task run itself.

A person touches this run three times — describing the task, signing in, and giving the final OK. About 25 seconds in total. Everything else on screen is orkynos working alone; the strip under the video shows who’s doing what.

your staff · ~25 sec total orkynos · hands off

Your staff describes the task and presses Start. orkynos takes over and opens the carrier portal. Your staff signs in — orkynos never sees or stores passwords. orkynos alone: quoting two carrier portals, then re-keying everything into the agency system. Nobody is touching the mouse. The final check — nothing saves without your Done. Policy saved. Total human time in this run: about 25 seconds.

How it works

Three steps.
That’s the whole thing.

  1. 01

    Ask in plain English

“Quote this client with five carriers.” That’s the whole instruction — we set it up with you at your office.

  2. 02

    It does the work itself

orkynos figures the task out on its own, working your programs the way a person would.

  3. 03

    It gets better every run

It remembers the right steps and drops the wrong ones — so repeats are fast and precise. Anything that goes out waits for your OK.

Who it’s for

Your data, your rules

As private as
your office needs.

Standard setup

Leading AI providers

Fast to set up. Right when workflows don’t touch sensitive records. Never used to train public models.

Private setup

Data never reaches the big AI labs

Open-source AI on a dedicated secure cloud server — for accounting, legal, and anyone whose client data must stay walled off. Same automation, fully private.

We help you choose at onboarding. Either way, files stay in your systems.

For your technical advisor

The questions your IT person will ask.

Forward this section to whoever vets new software for your office.

What does it actually access?
Only the programs involved in the workflows the office chooses, on the computer it is set up on. orkynos operates the same on-screen interfaces staff use — clicking, typing, reading the screen. There are no back-door integrations, browser extensions on personal profiles, or direct database access.
How are logins handled?
Credentials stay with the office. Staff sign in to their own accounts themselves; orkynos works inside the already-authenticated session and never asks for, stores, or transmits passwords.
Where does the data go?
Two setups. Standard: the automation uses leading commercial AI providers to read screens and make decisions. Private: for offices whose client data must not reach those providers — common in accounting and legal — the AI runs on open-source models hosted on a dedicated secure cloud server instead, so data never reaches the big AI labs. In both setups, nothing is used to train public models.
What stops it from sending something wrong?
Anything that leaves the office — an email, a filing, a form submission — waits for a person to review and approve it first. A step that fails or looks unfamiliar stops and asks rather than guessing. Every run leaves a step-by-step record of exactly what was done.
What happens when a website or program updates?
orkynos detects when a screen no longer matches what it learned, adapts to the change, and we maintain each workflow as part of the service. If something cannot be repaired automatically, it stops and we fix it — the office is never left with a silently broken automation.
Can we talk to someone technical before deciding?
Yes — the person who built orkynos is the same person who runs the onboarding. Email shah@orkynos.com and you will get an engineer, not a sales script.
Why now

Your software doesn’t have to change.

AI can now use software the way a person does — reading the screen, clicking, typing. No integrations, no upgrades. The technology behind orkynos won first place at the AI Engineer World’s Fair 2026 in San Francisco.

The builder shows up at your office.

orkynos is run by Shah — the engineer who built it, and probably the person who knocked on your door. Onboarding is in person, built around how your office works. Email shah@orkynos.com and a real person answers.
